What we collect

In the quote request: name, email, preferred contact channel and your WhatsApp or Telegram (if given), company, current site, the options chosen in the quote and the message. We also store the IP address and browser used to send it, to limit abuse.

When you create an account: the same data becomes your client record in the portal, with orders, invoices and tickets. Card and local payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card data.

We use this data to reply, deliver the service and invoice. Quote requests without an account are deleted after 24 months; client data is kept while the account exists and for the legal retention period afterwards.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no cookies. There is no social-network pixel and no third-party tool. We measure traffic with our own self-hosted system: it counts visits per page, source, country and device type, without cookies, without identifying people and without storing IP addresses. That is why there is no consent banner. The client portal uses only the session cookie needed to sign in.

Where the data lives

The site and the portal are served through Cloudflare's network and hosted on our own server. Cloudflare processes traffic as a processor; when you send a form, the data may pass through servers outside your country.

Your rights

Under the LGPD and the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to processing. Write to ; we reply within 15 days.
